You are invited to attend our Annual General Meeting of Dicksboro GAA & Camogie Club which will be held on Wednesday, 7th December 2022 in Palmerstown commencing at 8.00 pm.   

I have circulate by email a form allowing you to propose any member for any position on the Executive. The proposer, seconder and person nominated must be full adult members of the club.  

Please note that the Executive positions of Irish/Cultural Officer and the Club Child/Welfare Officer are nominated by the Executive Committee and ratified by the membership at the AGM.  

I circulated a recommendation document for your consideration if you wish to bring any recommendation or motion to the meeting.

Motions/Recommendations will not be taken from the floor on the night of the meeting.  
 
Completed proposal forms nominating any member for a position on the Executive and/or Recommendation forms MUST be returned to me via Email or by post as per contact details below by 7pm on Friday 18th November 2022.

Any documentation received after this deadline will not be considered.  

Documentation including the minutes of previous AGM, Secretary’s report and financial report for 12 months to year end 31st October 2022 will be circulated via Email in advance of the AGM.
