The dust has now settled after last Sundays Leinster Senior Club Camogie Final. A brilliant occasion for the Dicksboro GAA & Camogie club.

The way in which this team has captured the hearts of all Boro followers was illustrated in the huge support in Abbottstown last Sunday with young & old cheering on the Boro girls on the biggest stage of all.

We thank the players & management for all their work & the pride these girls have shown in the Boro jersey throughout the county championship win & the Leinster campaign.

The win over St Judes in a packed & sunny Palmerstown will go down as one of the clubs greatest days.

Even though we were defeated on Sunday it was the character shown by the Boro to hurl to literally the last puck of the ball that was the most heartening aspect of the day.

We look forward to more great days with this young crop of players in the future who have flown the Boro flag at its highest. @dicksborocamogie
