Well Done to the Players and Team Management on a great win on Sunday over the Village in Johns Park. A very good win in perfect conditions.This Game was a very good test and had a real championship cut about it. Davy Ryan finished with 1-08. Liam Brennan Smyth finishing with 2-02. Ed Moylan Eoin Fennelly and Aran Murphy contributing scores on the half forward line. In Midfield, Joe Sheehan and Alan Phelan worked very hard and their scoring from out the field was a feature of the game. In defence all six backs worked very hard throughout, Liam Stynes, Tommy Farrell, cillian timmons, and Pauraic and Eoghan Moylan.

Stand in  Goalkeeper Philly Hogan made sure the backs were kept on their toes with important instructions and clever puck outs. His ball handling a feature of the game.

A very impressive team effort.The lads will face Piltown next weekend in the Junior Semi Final.
