We’re launching Dicksboro’s Fittest Superstars — and before you scroll on…

You do NOT need to be the fittest person in the club.
You don’t need to run marathons.
You don’t need to be gym obsessed.

You just need a bit of spirit, a few friends… and a willingness to have the craic.

This is a fun, team-based challenge inspired by Ireland’s Fittest Family, with Davy Fitz and his team coming to Palmerstown — built around teamwork, laughs and community. A training plan can be provided if you want one, and the course is designed so ordinary club people can take part and enjoy it.

Parents, players, former players, supporters, neighbours — this is for you.
