We are looking forward to competing in Dicksboro's Fittest Superstars Event with Davy Fitz and his team from Ireland's Fittest Family on the 30th May in Palmerstown.
Help us support the future development of Dicksboro GAA & Camogie Club and invest in our club’s facilities for generations to come.
🏆 Team Bio
Meet a team stitched together by hurling, hills, and a healthy bit of inter-county rivalry. Leading the charge is Gordon, a Tipperary native, doing his part to grow the game as an under-10 camogie coach in the Boro and soccer coach at Evergreen! At home, he and his Tipperary-born wife are raising three Kilkenny-born children, which makes for a lively household when championship season rolls around! Next up is PJ, a Kerry man who grew up with a hurl in his hand before moving across county lines to Tipperary, where he now coaches the next generation. When he’s not on the sideline, you’ll likely find him somewhere halfway up a mountain, happily running across terrain! Also flying the Premier County flag is Stephen, a proud Tipp man whose loyalties are constantly tested by the strong Kilkenny influence in his life, his girlfriend. The pair recently returned to Ireland after a few adventurous years living in Canada. Completing the team is Eimear, the Kilkenny representative, mother of two, U8 Camogie coach who has tried her hand at just about every sport! She’s a jack of all trades and master of none, who firmly believes sport should be about enjoying yourself. So when the lads are trying to get her over a 10-foot wall, there’s no doubt she will be having the craic!
